FINLAND MEET PORTLAND

My favorite Portland coffee spot is Heart, a Finnish-owned and globally renown roastery frequented by friends and colleagues. It is also where, by way of the internet, I connected with Helsinki based agency, Sherpa, who designed the brand around my favorite coffee spot. When Sherpa reached out to myself, photographer Neil DaCosta and filmmaker Shelby Menzel, we immediately signed on to work with them on Garage Hard, an budding brand they were building for Sinebychoff. What ensued was a three year collaboration on Garage Hard Lemonade. Together we built a brand around the garage: a place where ideas and tools get stored, things get made, and beers are enjoyed. Or, in this case, Finland's premier hard lemonade and iced-tea.
