My work as an art director has been inarguably influenced by my early career in contemporary art museums and galleries. I began at The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum where I worked as an art handler and exhibition technician.
Under a renowned group of contemporary artists, curators and fellow designers, my job was to bring an exhibitions to life. From un-crating to installing, fabricating to photographing, I spent my first years out of college immersed contemporary art. This provided experience working with diverse tools and materials and honed my own sense of relational aesthetics. These are just a few of my favorite pieces and exhibitions I worked designed, installed, and maintained.
